DESCRIPTION:All new members are required to attend orientation before they can use the range. This meeting is held once a month for approximately 90 minutes. Orientation consists of us going over the range rules and policies\, as well as getting a tour of the range and it’s amenities. Also at the orientation you will receive your ID Badge and gate code for the range. \nPlease call the range (303/769-4377) to reserve a spot at orientation.

SUMMARY:Conceal Handgun Permit Initial
DESCRIPTION:This class meets the state standards to get a concealed handgun permit\, in accordance with House Bill 24-1174. As required by the State\, in this class you will learn about basic pistol handling\, complete a live fire exercise (qualifying with a score of 70% or better)\, the use of force\, Colorado gun laws and you will need to pass an open book test with a minimum score of 80%. The class is about 8-10 hours long. You will need to bring your handgun with 100 rounds\, eye and ear protection\, pen and paper for notes and a lunch with drinks for yourself. The cost of the class is $130.00.

DESCRIPTION:Week One: Center Fire Handguns. \nThis will be a One-on-One\, double elimination shoot.  Both shooters will have 2 magazines with 5 rounds in each.  Targets will be five steel bowling pins set at ten yards.  Two shooters will shoot against each other; on the start command both shooters try and get their five pins knocked off first.  The first shooter with his five pins knocked off wins the round.  Winner stays in the Winner’s Bracket; loser goes to the Loser’s Bracket.  Two loses and you are out.  This continues until there is only ONE… \nAmmunition:   Any center fire pistol ammunition with a velocity of 1200 fps (as per manufacture’s specifications) or less and we do not allow the use of any armor piercing\, tracer\, incendiary\, steel jacketed\, steel cased or steel core projectiles. \nRegistration starts at 6:00 pm and shooting start at 6:30 pm. Once Shooting starts no one can be added. \nThis is a 10 weeklong Bowling Pin League. \nSee Rules on the shoot.

SUMMARY:Introduction to Clay Shooting 2026
DESCRIPTION:This event is to introduce you to the Clay Shooting games which there are five different games. We will start with the history of Clay shooting all the way to current. We will also explain how all five games work and the etiquette and safety rules for playing them. All types of shotguns and actions will be discussed and why you would need them. \nAfter the classroom part is done we will move to the Trap range for the shooting part of the class. This will be about 25 to 40 shells as needed per shooter. Our goal is to have each shooter brake 25% to 50% or an increase of 10%. \nCost of the Workshop is $85.00
